    Not disappointed

    Used the Dremel only once so far and was not disappointed. Very well designed and felt good in the hand. Speed control excellent perhaps slightly stiff. Hoping that for the price it gives long and faithful service

    Faulty but easily fixable

    Fault (grinding tip stuck in collet chuck) fairly easy to fix. Needed new collet cover as previous owner had rounded it by trying to use the dremel spanner to remove the stuck accessory. Luckily, the shaft lock pin had not been bent.
